PalmOne's Treo 650

PalmOne this week is announcing the Treo 650, the successor of PalmOne Treo 600. Its a PDA cum cell phone which will try to eliminate all the flaws of its predecessor, the Treo 600. Powered by Intel's PXA270 312-MHz XScale processor & based on the Palm-OS platform, Treo 650 comes with a 320 by 320 resolution as compared to Treo 600 which was only with a160 by 160 resolution. Treo 650 also features a removable rechargeable lithium ion battery. It also has a nonvolatile flash memory, which means that you don't lose any important data if the battery runs down. Some of its features are that it has Bluetooth, supports POP3 and IMAP e-mail & will come in for both GSM/GPRS and CDMA 1xRTT networks. As its a high-end handheld it will cost around $500-$600.
