Microsoft's Virtual Office

Microsoft Corporation announced to take over the Groove Networks Inc. It will allow the co-workers among the company to share documents, manage projects and communicate with each other. Microsoft says it can be done through so-called “virtual offices”. Groove Networks Inc. was founded by Ray Ozzie, who was the co-creator of Lotus Notes, in 1997. The financial terms of the deal has been kept confidential.
