Apple launches iTunes in Japan

Apple Computer Co. which has sold 500 million online songs in 19 countries has announced its service to be launched in Japan for its iPod users. It will provide 1 million songs for download. 'Today, we are bringing it to the 20th country, which is Japan,' Apple's CEO Steve Jobs told a news conference. The price for the songs in Japan will be 150 yen and 200 yen per song.
