EA to sell its Game Music

EA Games
The leading video game maker, Electronic Arts (EA) has decided to launch a digital music distribution label that will bring music from popular EA games to online music sites like iTunes, Yahoo Music, and Rhapsody in the form of ringtones and MP3 files. EA sensed that it can result a growth in their revenue by selling their music to gamers as well as music lovers. EA said that it would partner with Nettwerk Music Group to launch EA Recordings. Initially they will sell its game songs and soundtracks like The Lord of the Rings, The Battle for Middle-earth by Bill Brown, and GoldenEye: Rogue Agent, by Paul Oakenfold.
